Final selection and composition of participants
- Log in to your account at tca@salto-youth.net
- On the left-hand menu, go to Pax >>> Participant selection >>> As host OR
As activity organiser - Note: You will see that you can choose the role 'As host' (in case you are the
hosting organisation) or 'As activity organiser' (in case you are not the hosting
organisation but you are the owner of the activity). - Fill in the Activity and then Call fields.
- Now you should see all applications organised by sending NA/SALTO:
- Click on 'Edit status in table' on the top of the table
- Now you can change the status of the applicants to 'Selected' or 'Rejected'
following sending NAs' priority order and comments on each application.
Useful tips:
- Once you have finalised your selection, you can use the commenting
option on the call page, to tag the NA/SALTO colleagues from each
sending NA and inform them that the selection is finalised and that
they can follow which applicants from their countries were selected
and rejected. - You can download the application as an Excel file. For this, please make
sure the Activity and Call fields are both filled in. Only after that the
Download pax applications (Excel file) button will be activated at the
