What do different Activity Statuses mean?
- When
you first create an activity, its status will be ‘New’. This is a stage
where the activity can only be viewed by you. Any other colleagues will only
see its title but will not be able to see any further details about it. In addition, they will not be able to comment or add funding.
- If
you wish to share the activity with colleagues (so that they can view its details and can comment on it or add funding) you need to change its status
to ‘Idea’. This will indicate to your colleagues that this is a an idea you are willing to work on with interested partners. You can change the
status of the activity using the pencil icon on the top-right corner of the
activity page:

Please note: To reach the 'Idea' status, you first need to change the status from 'New' to 'Draft'. Only after the 'Draft' status, the 'Idea' status will become available to you. - Once your activity idea develops, your partnership is established, you have a host and are
ready to open a call for participants for your activity, you should consider
changing its status to ‘Open’.
- Once the call for your activity has sufficient applications, you have enough supported participants,
and all other conditions required for your activity are fulfilled, you can
change the status of your activity to “Confirmed” (meaning, this is a confirmed activity that will take place):

- When
your activity is implemented, you can change its status to ‘Implemented’.
This will be crucial for any future reporting from the database.
- In
case an activity is postponed or cancelled, you can also use the corresponding
statuses accordingly.

Please note that if an activity's status is changed to 'Cancelled', you will not be able to make any further status changes. Status of a cancelled activity can only be changed by admin. You can contact support@tcanetplatform.com if you need support with this.

It is important to keep the statuses of your activities updated. This will help us monitor the number of implemented, cancelled, postponed activities in the network, for reporting purposes.
