Follow-up of participants after the activity - timeline and tasks
Tasks of the sending NA
The sending NA is responsible for providing follow-up support to participants.
Possible tasks include:
Financial follow-up on reimbursement of costs
Communication and follow-up of any reporting requirements by
participants
Further, long-term support of participants to assess the impact and
effect of participation in a TCA/NET activity:
Personal contact with participant to get feedback on the activity
Providing resources and support to further learning and how
to use this learning
Support to any further project development
Follow-up meeting with several participants (e.g. when sending
a delegation to a conference)
Possibility to send out a questionnaire after 6 months on the effect
of the activity and need for further support. Possible aspects to
explore may include partner finding, ideas for project development,
self-assessment of their personal learning, further training needs,
the impact on their organisation and their role within the organisation.
Tasks of the hosting NA
After the completion of a TCA/NET activity, the role of the hosting NA towards
participants is most of the time limited.
In some activities there is a follow-up process (e.g. online support to further
learning, support to project development etc). Make sure participants know
what is offered and what is expected. Contact the involved sending NAs to
inspire the follow-up of the participants
Youthpass: follow-up of the self-assessment part and finalising the certificates.
