Activating notifications for new activities and calls on the CooP
There are 3 types of notifications:
1. Automatic notifications
If you are tagged in a comment by someone or you are an owner of an activity, a notification will be send out automatically by the system.
2. Selected notifications - New activity or a call
If you actively select the notifications you will be notified by the system. For example if you would like to receive a notification about a new call or an activity.
How to active them:
- after login, hover over your profile on the right-hand side as in the printscreen and click on "View profile" and then on "Email preferences":

- then select your prefered frequency and notification and click on "Save email preferences":
3. Pre-selection notifications
If you have the TCA/NET officer role, notifications will be send out once there is a pre-selection triggered for you. This role is assigned upon request.
